• Have prior experience serving civil process
• Maintain valid insurance
• Provide professional references (subject to verification)
• Provide a complete criminal and civil background screening. (dated within 60 days.)

Once approved, all servers are required to follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency, professionalism, and client confidence.
